POTHOS

VARIETIES: GOLDEN | JADE | SILVER SATIN | QUEEN MARBLE

GETTING STARTED

Step 1 - Unwrap your new pothos and place cutting directly into a glass jar filled with room temperature water to hydrate.

Step 2 - Be patient…Wait until it grows roots!

Step 3 - Find a well-draining pot and some house plant soil. Plant the roots into the soil and water. Let drain and follow care guide below.

Happy Planting!

LIGHT

Pothos thrives in medium to low indirect light. Not suited for intense, direct sun.

SOIL

This plant can well with ordinary potting soil if it is not over-watered, but prefers a soil that drains well. Mixing a small amount of sand into commercial potting soil is ideal.

WATER

Water weekly and adjust frequency depending on light levels provided. Allow first inch of potting mix to dry out before watering. Tolerates being dry better than being soaked.

TEMPERATURES

Any of the species of wandering Jew plant will thrive at temperatures between 65 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit, but will also do fine in warmer temperatures. However, below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, the leaves may become discolored or damaged.

PLANT FOOD

The plant doesn't require much, if any, feeding. At most, use a water-soluble fertilizer diluted to half strength, applied bimonthly. More aggressive feeding can cause the plant's leaves to lose their variegation.

ADDITIONAL CARE

Poisonous but non-lethal sap causes skin irritation and burning of the mouth if ingested. Best practice is always to keep houseplants out of reach of small children and pets.
